The M&S Madison Street Block Association serves the residents of Madison Street between Stuyvesant and Malcolm X Avenues (opens in new tab) in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn.

The purpose of the association is to promote a strong, unified block, neighborhood, and community partnership through group action. The neighborhood association is organized for community and charitable purposes and is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit in the state of New York.

This association will:

1. Provide a safe and unbiased forum for the community to collaborate on solutions to address public safety and quality of life concerns (for residents, businesses and visitors).
2. Work with block residents, building representatives, community groups, elected officials, and city agencies to inform residents on issues important to our neighborhood.
3. Preserve and enhance the beauty of our neighborhood.
4. Support and celebrate our diverse and inclusive community and respect its history.
